Why Africa

I have, for twenty years, kept the nose of my Land Rover (which is equipped for adventurous expeditions in true “Nino Cirani style”, inspired by the man who became like a second father to me) pointed South, always refusing to go elsewhere because I long ago concluded that even though it is impossible to know the whole world, it is conceivable to know part of it very well. I have always felt myself drawn to Africa because of its light, which I re-discovered as an adult after living for 4 years in Morocco as a child, and its horizons, which I learned to appreciate during my first few visits to the Sahara.
